User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter the Agreement) regulates the relationship between Pin Up Kazakhstan (hereinafter Pin Up casino or Administration) on one side and the site user on the other.
The Pin Up casino site is not a mass media outlet.
By using the site, You agree to the terms of this agreement.
If You do not agree with the terms of this agreement, do not use the Pin Up casino site!

Rights and obligations of the parties

The User has the right to:
– search for information on the site
– receive information on the site
– distribute information on the site
– comment on content posted on the site
– copy information to other sites with indication of the source
– copy information to other sites with permission from the Site Administration
– copy information to other sites with permission from the copyright holder
– demand from the administration the concealment of any information about the user
– demand from the administration the concealment of any information transmitted by the user to the site
– use site information for personal non-commercial purposes
The Administration has the right to:
– at its discretion and necessity create, modify, cancel rules
– restrict access to any information on the site
– create, modify, delete information
– delete user accounts
– refuse registration without explaining reasons
The User undertakes to:
– ensure the reliability of the information provided
– ensure the security of personal data from third-party access
– not copy information from other sources
– when copying information from other sources, include information about the author in its composition
– not distribute information that is aimed at war propaganda, incitement of national, racial or religious hatred and enmity, as well as other information for the distribution of which criminal or administrative liability is provided
– not disrupt the site’s functionality
– not create multiple accounts on the Site, if they actually belong to the same person
– not perform actions aimed at misleading other Users
– not transfer the use of their account and/or login and password of their account to third parties
– not register an account on behalf of or instead of another person except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
– not use scripts (programs) for automated collection of information and/or interaction with the Site and its Services
The Administration undertakes to:
– maintain the site’s functionality except in cases when this is impossible due to reasons beyond the Administration’s control.
– provide comprehensive protection of the User’s account
– protect information whose distribution is restricted or prohibited by law by issuing a warning or deleting the account of the user who violated the rules
– provide all available information about the User to authorized state authorities in cases established by law

Liability of the parties

– the user personally bears full responsibility for the information distributed by them
– the administration bears no responsibility for the reliability of information copied from other sources
– the administration bears no responsibility for services provided by third parties
– in case of a force majeure situation (military actions, state of emergency, natural disaster, etc.) the Administration does not guarantee the preservation of information posted by the User, as well as uninterrupted operation of the information resource

Terms of the Agreement’s validity

This Agreement comes into force upon any use of this site.
The Agreement ceases to be valid upon the appearance of its new version.
The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this agreement at its discretion.
When changing the agreement, in some cases, the administration may notify users in a way convenient for it.
